How to make a complaint

BCS are committed to delivering a high quality service to all our customers. We do appreciate that sometimes works do not always go to plan and go wrong. We will always try and help where we can but in some situations it is not always possible.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the service you have received, you can put in a formal complaint which we will investigate and let you know the outcome. We will be fair and we will try to put things right if we have made a mistake.
Our complaints procedure is:
BCS is a shared building control partnership between West Berkshire Council and Wokingham Borough Council. We are part of the LABC network. We are based in a single location carrying out the building control function across the two Local Authority areas.
We will investigate your complaint and will make every effort to get the matter sorted
